How do FloodSax Work?
The semi-porous inner liner of a FloodSax sandbag contains hundreds of super absorbent crystals, which upon contact with water absorb up to 90% capacity within three minutes. The crystals then retain the water and the bag acts just like a traditional sandbag, keeping water at bay.
Versatility
FloodSax can be used to soak up water, prevent water from entering doorways and also divert floodwater like a regular sandbag.
Environmentally Friendly
FloodSax are fully biodegradable. After use, they can be buried in the garden allowing the moisture to soak into the ground before decomposing.
